Time-Lapse

From people and processes, to cities and landscapes, time-lapse photography gives a unique perspective of otherwise invisible changes and movements in our environment.
Even with over ten years experience photographing and processing time-lapse films, I am still surprised by the results time-lapse photograph can produce and how it can change your view of a process or place.

How do you get a bespoke pizza oven into a new retail space, you ask? Well, this technical installation time-lapse film has your answer! Shot using a multiple camera set-up on a rainy morning in Nottingham City Centre, following the careful and precise installation process required for such a unique appliance.

Eon Cavity Wall Insulation

Commissioned by Eon and shot over the course of two weeks, this time-lapse which is made up of over 17,500 images, shows the process of installing cavity wall insulation across an entire house.

Quernaby Wall Painting

Designer and typographer Alex Fowkes paints a mural on the wall of Scene Studios. The building previously housed a working mens club called “Quernaby Club”, before it was renovated into a photography studio.
